As women of color, we often find ourselves fighting for our seats at the table.

Asian women fill only 28.1% of the spots in government STEM management and 0.9% of science and engineering managerial spots.

While 47% of Asians enroll in a STEM program, only 19% graduate with a STEM degree.

And of that 19%, only 4% are female.
